This work was written expressly to celebrate the birth of the Galician Academy of the Portuguese Language and was premiered in its Inaugural Session. The five movements evoke a history of resilience in parallel with the fight against the linguistic subjugation of Galiza. The complexes [6,3], [9,7] and [8,7] reconcile the general genetics of the work. In addition, the first four movements have another differentiating complex. Thus, the first movement is structured with the complex [7,1,9], the second with [1,4,7,1,8], the third integrates [6,2,4,2,7], and the fourth incorporates [11,2,5]. The fifth movement uses the common complexes and begins with a war anthem against the invader to finish with the fusion of the hymns of Galiza and Portugal.
